Mini Recap: Upstairs on the Square | Latin Night

Me and my girls wanted to check out something different so we headed to Upstairs on the Square (91 Winthrop Street, Harvard Square, Cambridge) for a night of free Latin style music with the group Choro Democratico.

About the only good thing about this event is that the ambiance of Upstairs is really cool with the ultimate in shabby sheik decor. As far as the entertainment hmmm, if you like to watch a bunch of Harvard/MIT kids read sheet music as they practice in front of their friends, then stop by. Oh, and they don't serve food after 10:30 so it's drinks only and they are pricey at $14 for a signature martini.

I won't be going again for late night entertainment, but might convince a "boo" (lol) - to take me there for dinner.
